**Engineering Rm Renovation to Add Offices (SJSU, San Jose, CA) – Design Bid Build / Architectural Renovation: Design Development to Closeout – Client coordination, site documentation of original laboratory piping and trench items for removal and renovation from the lab to covert to office suite with associated fire and accessibility changes to the existing concrete structure. Code study and final building and site modification documents submitted to DSA - additional ADA requirements.

**Clark Hall Rm Division (SJSU, San Jose, CA) – Architectural Renovation: Construction Documents for Revision – Document coordination and code evaluation for revised space configuration, accessibility standards to District of State Architect and State Fire Marshal for approvals.

**Student Union Food Pantry (SJSU, San Jose, CA) – Design Build / Architectural Renovation and Change of Use permit: Construction Documents to Closeout – Construction document coordination with fixture consultants, change of use code evaluations and coordination with plan review, food handling facility plan submittal to public health, and coordinated with SJSU campus standards review.

**Associated Students House Relocation Project (SJSU - San Jose, CA) – Move & Basement Renovation: Schematic Design through Construction Administration – Structural Review Calculations to determine if new site would require modifications to the existing structural strength. Building was relocated with revised basement structure at the new site. DSA review for structural extent and access requirements.
